Currently, the Organization has Five Years Strategic Plan (2015-2020) which includes the following interventions:

Influencing public opinion towards gender concerns and Gender Mainstreaming in the society
Coordination and cooperation and Networking with the civil institutions, civil society organisations national and international NGOs.
Sharing experience with similar organisations in the Netherlands and in the four focus countries Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Rwanda on gender mainstreaming and peacebuilding.
Partnership, cooperation and building trust with the local government, municipalities, localities and the constitutional councils.
Partnership with similar organizations with good track records and, good reputation and reliable capacity.
Providing women with Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) as dignity for women and girls.
Providing women with Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) as dignity for women and girls.

Wadi makes use of Participatory monitoring and evaluation system, for the efficiency of resource utilization and tracking the effectiveness.
