Women Advocacy and Development Initiative (WADI) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting the rights of women and youth. Established in September 2016 by a group of women’s rights activists, WADI is officially registered in Sudan as a national voluntary NGO under the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC), registration No: 1508.

WADI focuses on capacity building and raising awareness of equal rights and social cohesion. We empower youth by engaging them with stakeholders and policymakers to ensure effectiveness and sustainable impact. Through strong partnerships, we contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The organization has established a strong and collaborative relationship with various actors, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and local communities, to drive meaningful change.
